Russian missiles struck around a dozen targets in Ukraine on Tuesday evening several of which hit the city of Lviv, a major hub for the transportation of weapons and supplies. Though no deaths or serious casualties were reported a power substation was hit resulting in some 250 thousand people being without electricity. Fire fighters in Lviv took several hours to subdue the flames.
