A mourning ceremony was held in Peshawar, Pakistan, on September 17, 2022 on the "40th day" of the martyrdom of the Prophet's grandson, Hussein, and 72 of his friends in Karbala, Iraq. During the ceremony, a horse symbolizing Hazrat Hussein's horse "Zulcenah" was also taken around.
