Ukrainian officials return 17 stolen paintings to the Castelvecchio Museum in Verona

A total of 17 paintings which were stolen from the museum of the Italian Castelvecchio Museum of Verona in 2015 were handed over by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to Italian officials. The paintings were detained by Ukrainian border guards during an attempt to transfer it to Moldova in May 2016.
