Many people of Iranian descent gathered downtown Turin on January 8 to mark the anniversary of the shooting down of Ukraine International Airlines commercial flight PS752 carrying 176 people who took off from Tehran and were hit by an Iranian Revolutionary Guards air defense unit. The Iranian community took to the streets more than three months after the assassination of Mahsa Amini who gave birth to the 'Women, Life, Freedom' revolution to march and shout slogans against an Iranian regime considered obscurantist and liberticidal and accused of continuing to repress freedoms fundamentals and to kill Iranian insurgents.
