(EDITOR'S NOTE: Permission was obtained from Vatnajokull National Park for filming/photography.) On January 25, 2023, a group of seals were observed near an iceberg in Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon. Jökulsárlón is a large glacial lake located in the southern part of Vatnajökull National Park in Iceland, formed as the Breiðamerkurjökull glacier retreated from the coast of the Atlantic Ocean.
