On March 3, 2023, people joined the Global Climate Strike organized by Fridays for Future and the trade union ver.di in Munich, Germany. On the same day, workers in public transport and public refuse collection went on strike and joined the FFF march. They are protesting for a 10.5% increase in wages and a change in transportation policy.
