A seasonal rise in the water level in the Dnipro led to flooded embankment in Kyiv

Large-scale river floods in three Ukraine's regions Volyn, Rivne, and Cherkasy led to more than 10,500 ha of agricultural lands were flooded. Transport links to 30 settlements were disrupted in Chernihiv and in Kyiv regions. At the territories of Volyn, Kyiv, Rivne, Cherkasy, and Chernihiv regions see a seasonal rise in the water level in the Dnipro, Desna, Seym, Prypyat, Horyn, and Zakhidnyi Buh rivers, according to local media.
