The streets of the Spanish quarters and various districts have been adorned with decorations, flags, and banners to celebrate their team. The city waited for a 33-year to win again the Serie A title. Napoli has won two Scudetti in its history in the 1986-1987 and 1989-1990 seasons, both times with Diego Armando Maradona, who is still held as a symbol of the city.
