Kyiv Mayor Vitaly Klitschko is outraged by the plans of the office of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky to delimit the powers of the mayor and head of the Kyiv City State Administration. 'This is about curtailing the reform of decentralization. I said that the separation of posts and the introduction of dual power in the capital is unconstitutional', Klitschko said. On 24 July 2019 Head of Volodymyr Zelensky Presidential Administration Andriy Bohdan sent a letter to the government asking Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Oleksandr Sayenko to submit a motion for Klitschko's dismissal as head of Kyiv City State Administration, as Ukrinform Infrom agency reported.
