He died as a result of the explosion and two law enforcement officers were injured. "The offender died at the scene. According to preliminary information, he blew himself up," Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko reported this on Telegram. According to Suspilne media, the explosions occurred during the escort from the courtroom of Ihor Humeniuk, who is accused of committing a terrorist attack near the Verkhovna Rada on August 31, 2015. According to the investigation, at that time, Humeniuk threw a grenade at law enforcers during the protest, killing four National Guard members and injuring more than 140 people.
