We also talked about the war in Ukraine, the Caucasus and Armenia. So international issues were very much at the forefront of our discussions. It gave the President of the Republic the opportunity to restate his position on the humanitarian issue in Palestine. But it also gave us, and me in particular, the opportunity to insist on the need to obtain a ceasefire, a humanitarian truce, a ceasefire, but in any case the means to obtain a respite for the Palestinian population and to open up a political path to finding a solution to this conflict, this war that is going on there.
