Injured wild elephant in India

Indian villagers look at an injured wild elephant near a paddy field in Nonoi village in Nagaon District of Assam , India on Dec 14 ,2023.The conflicts between humans and wild elephants continue in the state as a herd of wild elephants continues to trigger fear among the local people of the Nagaon district of the state.The elephants continue to destroy large fields of paddy cultivation. Hundreds of bighas of paddy as well as sugarcane cultivation are being destroyed by these wild animals.
