Italian football club Roma has dismissed Jose Mourinho as their manager after a tenure of two and a half years. Daniele De Rossi, the team's former captain, will step in as interim manager for the remainder of the season. Mourinho, who is 60 years old, took the helm at Roma in May 2021 and led the team to victory in the Europa Conference League in May 2022.
