A man is filling out paperwork while a young man is attending the Myslenice district medical qualification for military service, which is starting in all districts of Poland on February 1, 2024. Obligatory medical checks are being conducted to register the ability of young men and women to serve in the Polish army. This nationwide action is expected to examine 22 thousand young men and women in 2024 and will continue in the future. Poland is currently serving as the eastern flank country of NATO and the European Union.
