Activists Protest Social Inequality Ahead of Paris 2024 Olympics

Activists of the collective "Le revers de la medaille" (the flip side of the coin) throw inflatable buoys at the Jardin du Luxembourg in Paris during a demonstration to draw attention to social inequality exacerbated by the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympic Games, on March 24, 2024. During the same day the collective put many banners around many statue in Paris to prostest in what they refer to as "social cleansing" of the streets of Paris, the collective alleges that the Olympic games will negatively impact those in need, including the homeless or people facing food insecurity.
