Catalan University Students Join Campouts in Support of Palestine Seen in the US

About one hundred university students gathered today at the entrance of the Raval campus of the University of Barcelona (UB) to demand freedom for the Palestinian people. The demonstration reached Barcelona today following a wave of protests at universities in the United States, which have led to several days of campouts. The most recent case that has served as a model for the Catalan university students is that of the University of Valencia, where the inside of the building has been taken over as a form of protest.
