People are riding two-wheelers on a road damaged by flood following rains in the aftermath of Cyclone Remal, in Nagaon district of Assam, India, on June 2, 2024. According to the flood report of Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA), 9 people are dying after drowning in flood waters and nearly 350,000 people, including over 78,000 children from 11 districts, are being affected by the deluge.
