Visitors visit the authentic 48-gram Qu train plain yarn single garment unearthed from Mawangdui, a national treasure, on display for the first time at the Hunan Museum in Changsha, Central China's Hunan province, Sept 11, 2024. This is the first time that the Mawangdui flexue-style plain yarn single garment has been exhibited in public since it was unearthed in 1972 at Mawangdui Tomb No. 1 in Changsha. The plain yarn single garment, known as the peak of textile technology in the Western Han Dynasty, is also the earliest, thinnest and lightest garment, unearthed in the No. 1 Han Tomb of Mawangdui.
