Oria Vande Weghe, spokesperson for the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), and Francois Vandeville, Secretary General of the Francophonie Summit, from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, presented the 19th Francophonie Summit which, for the first time in 33 years, will be held in Paris from 4 to 6 October.
