Central Europe, including Poland, is experiencing widespread flooding after Storm Boris's reins. Resorts such as Ladek Zdroj, Klodzko, and Stronie Sloskie are particularly affected by a flood wave. The towns are being rebuilt from debris. Europe's intense rainfall in September is twice as likely thanks to climate change, says the World Weather Attribution (WWA) group.
