Thai police are arresting three Thai men and confiscating 154 kilograms of heroin hidden in their van, smuggled from Thailand's central province, believed to be destined for Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Australia, according to Phanurat Lukboon, Secretary-General of the Office of the Narcotics Control Board (ONCB) Police Lieutenant General Phanurat Lukboon.
