Pakistani horse riders are taking part in the tent-pegging competition during a horse and cattle show organized by the Directorate General of Sports Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Peshawar, Pakistan, on November 8, 2024. Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur is officially inaugurating the festival, which aims to celebrate and preserve the rich cultural heritage of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. More than 1,000 horses are expected to take part in the three-day horse and cattle show, which is beginning on November 8 at the Karnal Sher Khan Stadium, while traditional music, art exhibitions, poetry recitals, vintage car displays, and a family festival are further highlighting the region's rich heritage.
