New Delhi, India - Air India Vistara merger: Tata Group-owned Air India on Tuesday, November 12, completed its much-awaited merger with Vistara to create an integrated airline, partly owned by Singapore Airlines, that will be flying 1,20,000 passengers daily and connect over 90 destinations. The completion of the amalgamation, which was announced in November 2022, comes within six weeks of the integration of Air India Express and AIX Connect. (11th November 2024)
