Royal Bengal Tiger Spotted in India's Assam

Forest officila try to chase a Royal Bengal tiger after roaming in the residential areas at Koliabor in Nagaon District of Assam ,India on Nov 20 ,2024 . The district magistrate of Kaliabor co-district in central Assam promulgated prohibitory orders under Section 163 of the BNSS, 2023 on Monday, which restricted unnecessary movement of people in certain areas, including Borbhakati, Miribheta, Dhekial, Kotiori, Banipur, Sarubgogia ad Sonari villages and other surrounding areas, where the movement of the tiger is noticed.The tiger, reported to have strayed from the Kamakhya Reserve Forest, poses a significant threat to human life.
