Farmers block Ukrainian border

Polish farmers are resuming the Ukrainian border blockade at the Medyka-Shehyni crossing in Medyka, Poland, on November 23, 2024, until year-end. They are halting truck traffic and citing a lack of action by Warsaw and Brussels to address the influx of Ukrainian grain, drought relief, and to warn against cheap food from South America that will flood Europe if the EU-Mercosur agreement is signed.
