Devotees and members of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) are singing devotional songs during a prayer in Kolkata, India, on December 1, 2024, held in commemoration against the arrest of Chinmoy Krishna Das Brahmachari, spokesman of a newly formed Hindu group in Bangladesh. Bangladesh police say on November 25 they are arresting an outspoken Hindu monk who is leading protests calling for the protection of the minority in the mainly Muslim nation.
