First Queer Museum Opens in Warsaw

People attend the opening of the first queer museum in Warsaw, Poland on 06 December, 2024. The "QueerMuzeum" is a cultural space that has come into being to counter Poland’s negative image towards non-heteronormative people and make available to the public an expansive historical archive of documents and artifacts Poland’s gay community. The museum is the third of its kind in Europe and fifth in the world.
