Dal Bori - Traditional Handmade India Cuisine
An elderly woman is making traditional handmade Indian cuisine sun-dried 'bori' or 'Bodi' or 'Badi' or 'Wadi' by spreading a paste of black gram (Vigna mungo) or urad dal mixed with winter melon or wax gourd after a long process of uniquely cleaning the black gram in water.
