Palestinians are trying to salvage some items amid the rubble of a school in the al-Tuffah neighbourhood of Gaza City, on April 4, 2025, a day after it was hit by an Israeli strike. Gaza's civil defence agency is saying on April 3 that at least 31 people, including children, are killed in the Israeli strike on the school serving as a shelter for Palestinians displaced by the war.
