Seville affected by the blackout

Images of traffic lights turned off, traffic, pedestrians waiting to cross, a stopped tram, workers standing at the doors of shops, people crowding around the entrance of the Santa Junta train station in Seville with suitcases, as well as others asking the security guard at the door for information. A widespread blackout affects large parts of Spain and Portugal, disrupting transportation, communications, and essential services.
