A rally was organised by Disability Activist Forum of West Bengal to commemorate International day of disabled person 2019. This year event called fro removal of obstacle in way of progress of disabled person and include them in society like evryone else. DAF west bengal put forward their demand to include and count every disabled person as a Indian citizen in the upcoming census in 2021.
