Minneapolis Protesters Take Over I-35W Bridge

Thousands of protesters occupied the I-35W bridge to express outrage over the killing of George Floyd by Minneapolis Police. Shortly after the crowd took to their knees in respect for Mr. Floyd, Bogdan Vechirko, a white man, sped through part of the crowd in a tanker truck before being pulled from the vehicle by protesters and later arrested. Neither any protesters nor the driver were seriously injured during the incident.
