Former Ukrainian President and the leader of 'European Solidarity' party Petro Poroshenko are suspected that in 2018, by issuing allegedly a criminal order, he persuaded a military official to exceed his power and official authority. The Office of the Prosecutor General informed former President of Ukraine of suspicion of issuing a “criminal order” during his presidency, as local media reported on 10 June, 2020.
