Scooters can be used by citizens and tourists by downloading an app, finding the scooter on the map and scanning the QR code found on the scooter. The scooter will thus be unlocked and ready for use. Electric scooters are part of a city mobility plan in this restart phase after the Covid emergency with which the places made available by the public service have decreased.
