Guerrilla feminists papered city hall in Paris to protest against Macron's new cabinet with signs stating "Rise up women!", "Bring on the matriarchy", or "the government of shame". On Friday, July 10, French feminists gathered in front of the capital’s city hall to protest against Monday’s nominations of Gerald Darmanin, who was accused of rape, as interior minister, and Eric Dupond-Moretti, who defended high-profile rape suspects, as justice minister.
