New York City enters in Phase 4 of Coronavirus emergency

New York City started on Monday the Phase 4 of its reopening amid the coronavirus outbreak. The city has re-opened some open-air access like Museums, Zoo and botanical gardens with limited capacity. In the fourth phase of reopening of New York, restrictions on indoor activities will remain strict: gyms, shopping malls, cinemas and museums will remain closed and it will not yet be possible to dine indoors.
