The Schuylkill River is seen swelled with runoff and large debris near downtown Philadelphia after a morning of torrential rainfall due to Tropical Storm Isaias, August 4, 2020. The storm moved through the region quickly but dropped many inches of rain and brought high winds along the I-95 corridor.
