Strong earthquake hit Turkey's Izmir and Aegean Sea

A strong earthquake has struck off Turkey's Izmir and Aegean cost that has also felt so strongly in Greece island Samos. Thirty- nine loss of lives, eight hundred eighty five injured and one hundred three people were rescued have reported after magnitude up to seven earthquake in Izmir on Friday on October 30, 2020. Till midnight of 31 October totally six hundred fifteen earthquakes have recorded by Kandilli Earthquake and Research Institude. AFAD- Turkey's Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency, AKUT- Search and Rescue Association, UMKE- National Medical Rescue Team, The Turkish Red Crescent attemped with sniffer dogs to the search and rescue efforts. Efforts have continuing non-stop during day and night for reaching apartment residents which are under of collapsed buildings. President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and ministers have inspected the earthquake zone on Saturday. Footages were taken on October 31, 2020.
