Torchlit anti-lockdown protest in the Netherlands

A protest with torch fire against the COVID lockdown and curfew measures was held in Tilburg city in the Netherlands. The peaceful torchlight demonstration held by about 100 activists who do not agree with the corona measures imposed by the government was a torchlit march towards the city center where police stopped them in Spoorlaan near the center and asked the protesters to return back. The Netherlands faced violent protests against the new measures in January 2021. A 95 euro fine is given to people who are out of their homes between 21:00 and 04:30 local time.
