Protest in support of Independent judges in Krakow, Poland

Members of the Committee of Defence of Democracy protest in support of whom they call independent judges in front of Administrative Court in Krakow, Poland on March 18, 2021. A group of judges was suspended from their public office duties - what the organization recognizes as unlawful. The organization says that populist ruling party - Law and Justice (PiS) is undermining the independence of judges and threatens judges with disciplinary actions for political reasons. The protest was attended by many judges.
