Poland has been experiencing exceptional amounts of rain in the last three weeks and a cold start to the Spring season. Temperatures have stayed below 10 degrees centigrade in May, nearly 5 degrees lower than the historic average. Despite the strong winds and colder temperatures people ventured outside anticipating the upcoming easing of COVID-19 restrictions.
