Protest for the commemoration of the 500 years of indigenous resistance

Various social organizations, including the indigenous Otomí community residing in Mexico City, hold a protest in Mexico City on August 13, 2021 to repudiate the dispossession of territories and the discrimination that indigenous peoples continue to be subjected to. The act is held in opposition to the commemorative events under the title "500 Years of Indigenous Resistance. 1521, México-Tenochtitlan", organized by the federal government.
