Olive tree plantation near Agia Anna is devastated by drought and burned by wildfires that raged in August on the island of Evia, Greece - September 7, 2021. According to scientists the wildfires were caused by changing climate. Dry weather and record high temperatures in the south of Europe caused the widespread wildfires which took more that a million acres of woodland in Greece, most of it on the island of Evia. The natural disaster is devastating for the local economy.
