Roma Termini is the busiest railway station in Italy, and the fifth in Europe, with around 850 trains and 480,000 passengers a day, for a total of around 175 million travelers a year. Italy extended the use of the Green Pass (Health Pass), making it mandatory for anyone traveling on high-speed trains, planes, ferries, and inter-regional coaches. The Green Pass is a certificate that shows whether someone has received at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine, has been tested negative, or has recently recovered from the virus.
