Housing rights activists launch House NY campaign

Housing rights activists rallied at Hudson Yards on November 16, 2021 to launch the “House NY” campaign calling on legislators to enact real long-term solutions to the COVID-19 housing crisis. This includes enacting Good Cause Eviction, implementing a realistic housing access voucher program, and the elimination of 421-a. Activists blocked traffic for 92 seconds following the rally to draw attention to the housing crisis in New York City and across the state.
